Sharingan - Byakugan Rule, and how it works

1. Sharingan can be used to see directly through all genjutsu, however it can be used to turn the genjutsu against the user, by use of a high ranked clan jutsu.

2.Copied ninjutsu/taijutsu can be used throughout the topic it is used in, regardless of specialties or elemental affinity, but the sharingan holder may master the jutsu that was copied by posting a training topic and using half the normal word count.

3. Mangekyou sharingan can only be gained through rp unless at or above Jounin rank, and it can be gained through a well thought out history.

4. Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu must be learned from the Uchiha clan head. There may only ever be one person with Susanoo, at the moment it is Sasuke.

5. Sharingan predicts movements slighty ahead of time due to chakra movement and muscle tension. This makes it easier to dodge, but not immune to god-moding. DO NOT avoid every attack just by dodging. That will be considered god-moding and you will recieve reprecussions.

6. Only characters with the third sharingan and higher may copy ninjutsu/taijutsus. Sorry, but most genin probably only have the one or two tomoe and the 3rd one copies.
